If you are having a few problems with your Mac or things just don’t seem to run quite as smoothly as they used to, then just maybe the following may help get everything ship shape again.

Repair disc permissions

Run the Disk Utility in your Application > utilities folder

Run a Repair Utility

Try Yasu or Cocktail* to [...]
