Most of my work is intended as large scale (A1/A0 sizes or bigger) although I am happy to discuss any photographic proposals or projects. UNICEF, the international charity for the protection of children, has announced British photographer David Gillanders as this year’s winner of the UNICEF Photo of the Year competition.

His shot of a 13 year old girl, living and dying in poverty in Eastern Europe, is quite an amazing and shocking portrait.

Flickr makes uploading simple, displays the images nicely and takes away the hassle of creating and linking to smaller sizes and thumbnails. I’m still not happy with the grey/pink T-Mobile colours [...]
