To remove this metal tray containing the drive and electronics, slide plastic strips (such as a cut up hotel room key or credit card) between each plastic "lug" and the corresponding hole it engages. Then wiggle the whole tray out. Finally, by removing the four screws, the drive can be removed from the tray without damaging anything. I have spent the last week trying to deploy CS3 over a school network. Adobe took a perfectly good and easy to deploy macromedia product and completely screwed it with there uber shite installer! I will never buy any adobe products again after one of there Technical support blokes told me 'sorry we do not support network installs' -Fuck adobe, they are a bunch of wankers for taking a good piece of software and completely butt-fucking it, thanks for that!
